Mixing with water and
transfer the necessary
components into the pickle

Malt is mixed with the water. This process goes under the temperature of 37°C in the mixture vessel. Then the pickle was treated so, when the substances in the malt were divided into fermentable sugar. Process of transferring the necessary components from malt into the pickle is going for three hours with the exactly fixed temperature. The whole process of mixing with water and transferring the components can be repeated several times.
